Cost
Although there will be no charge for the event, except for any refreshments, we do appreciate the cost of travelling to these occasions can be high. We would not wish any member to be unable to attend because of the expense and we are therefore prepared to help with the cost of reasonable travelling expenses in appropriate circumstances.
