Monika Lempinska

E-mail and website administrator

My name is Monika and I’m from Poland. I lived in UK with my husband Przemek and daughter Kinga, and worked as a webdeveloper. Now I've came back to Poland but still I'm in contact with BSG and manage their website.

My story with BSG starts when Kinga, born in 2008, being just 1,5 weeks old dramatically started to grow haemangioma birthmark on her face and head. After many sleepless and tearful nights and researches I found BSG website and got in contact with Sister Jane Linward from Great Ormond Street Hospital. Kinga was diagnosed with PHACE Syndrome and had serious operation on aorta when she was just 5 weeks old. Up until now she is under fantastic care of doctors and nurses from GOSH.

I wanted to do something useful in return of BSG support so I redesigned and renovated their website.
